Procurement & Project Oversight
Once all selections are approved, my team manages the heavy lifting. This can include ordering materials and furnishings, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with contractors and tradespeople. I'll oversee the project onsite, ensuring the design is executed precisely and efficiently, handling much of the logistics for you.

Installation & Styling
The exciting culmination! After any construction or renovation, we move into the final installation. This involves furniture placement, hanging artwork, and meticulous styling to bring your vision to life. I'll personally ensure every detail is perfect, creating a truly polished and inviting space ready for you to enjoy.

Fees & Billing
For design projects I can offer a transparent flat fee. This provides you with a fixed, cost for design services, agreed upon upfront. It means no surprises and clear budgeting from the start. .
